About Eagle Team
The Eagle Team was founded by John Boggs and Richard Hollabaugh in Jacksonville, FL to provide affordable management consulting services to small and medium sized companies. Since our company opened its doors, we’ve treated every client like they were the most important client our firm ever had. If your business is not providing you with all the free time you envisioned or fulfilling all the dreams you had when you started, you need to give us a call.
Our services typically begin with a 2 to 3 day onsite business survey of your company that includes a financial analysis, operational analysis and interviews with key employees. At the conclusion of the business survey, we present our findings to the owner(s) and determine whether the company qualifies for Eagle Team services. Qualification is dependent on three factors - whether we believe the owner(s) are committed to making our recommended changes; can the work be done and paid for within the company's cash flow restraints and, can the owner(s) realize a 3 to 1 return on their investment.

John Boggs is an experienced sales and marketing professional who has been involved in outside sales, sales management, sales training and coaching for over 25 years - including 10 years teaching the Sandler sales and negotiating techniques. He has worked with many industries, including: manufacturing, energy trading and power generation, financial services, medical products and services, media and advertising organizations, distribution firms as well as a diverse array of small business owners. John is committed to insuring that the companies he works with achieve high levels of performance by instituting a proven systematic approach to improving revenues and effectively managing people. John's philosophy is that people buy from people.
Richard Hollabaugh is a seasoned management and turnaround/workout professional with more than 30 years experience. He spent 8 years as a turnaround specialist for a CPA firm in southern California working on clients in credit crisis situations - he's been in your shoes dealing directly with venders, banks, landlords and other creditors. Rick authored and more importantly, implemented the strategies that led his turnaround clients back to prosperity. Rick has worked with a variety of industries including: manufacturing, construction, architect and engineering, food processing, distribution, material handling, transportation and aerial firefighting He has spent the balance of his career as a manager, executive and owner of various companies in start-up and growth situations. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bucknell University.
